If you’re not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a refund. We will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item plus any applicable taxes to your original form of payment for items returned within 30 days after the delivery date.
Original packaging is preferred
Reseal the original packaging your book arrived in, include the packing slip and write “RETURN FOR REFUND” on the slip. Place your shipping label over the original and take to your local post office.

NOTE: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Non-returnable items: Gift Cards, Book Marks, Downloadable books. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Books with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing pages
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
Late or missing refunds
